WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We ship worldwide via Australia Post, please see our Customer Care Tab for more information.

PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are processed monday through friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

*Please also note: we are unable to deliver to po boxes. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until monday. Miss Rosa Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once we ship your order we will send out a shipping confirmation email to inform you. If you would like to track your item, click here.

 

ARE MISS ROSA BOUTIQUE SIZES STANDARD? WHAT IF MY BODY TYPE IS IN BETWEEN SIZES?

Miss Rosa Boutique sizing is standard and more often than not true to size. However, some items vary depending on the label, for information regarding the fit of items refer to the descriptions located under the name of each item. Australian & International sizing charts are located in the Sizing section located under the Customer Care Tab.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

No. Once your order has been placed no amendments nor cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details. We are unable to combine orders.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you purchased your item online through www.missrosa.boutique, it is able to be returned, providing it adheres to our Returns Conditions located under the Customer Care Tab. Items must be returned to:

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE IF I RETURN MY ITEM?

Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us.
